Support Policy

Customers may choose between one of the three service plans for technical support.

Phone calls to our technical support team are charged at the hourly-based rate. The minimum charge is for 30 minutes.

Incident-based support covers tasks that can be resolved within an hour. If the issue is beyond a regular incident, we will suggest an alternative to the customer.

Technical support provided after normal business hours is charged at a premium rate. Please contact us for details.
